-: حشرات في الغرفة ، صرصور عدم توفر بعض مرفقات الغرفه . لا توجد صانعه القهوة . عدم توفير احذية قطنية والمرفقات لشخص واحد فقط . عدم توفر فرش اسنان مع معجون ... الخ . كرت واحد مع اننا اثنين البلاكونات مقابلة للبعض لا توجد خصوصية مقارنه. بالسعر لا يستحق المنتجع صغير جداً فا يستحق. ليس كما هو موضح بالصوره. يتم حسم عند التاخر بالخروج 500 بات للساعه من التأمين ولا يتم ابلاغك .خدمه تنظيف الغرف زفت .

+: The rooms are very comfortable, and have a kitchenette (note: there was no cooking equipment in our room, only plates and cutlery, so we couldn't use the stove, but the fridge and microwave were very useful. The separate lounge area can be separated from the bedroom with a sliding door. There is a balcony, although note that both air conditioning units blow hot air onto it, so it's not as pleasant as it could be. The aircon works very well, the bathroom is large and very clean, the bed is comfortable, although like most beds in Thailand, it's very firm. The pool area is very well designed and somehow remained cooler than any other place we visited in Phuket, including the pool areas of other resorts. The pool was never crowded, and the kiddie area was just sequestered enough around a corner that noise was minimal. The floating bean bags are a fantastic idea! The restaurant has good food, particularly the burgers and pizza, a nice selection of reasonably priced drinks, and two happy hour periods a day. The Belgian beers are numerous and well-chosen, though a little expensive. The reception staff were incredibly accommodating and efficient, and helped us with numerous requests, especially Pu. Cannot speak highly enough of them! There are reasonably frequent shuttles to both beach and shops, although no shuttles to other parts of the island. Overall, a wonderful stay, could not have asked for anything more for such a reasonably-priced place.

-: The gym could be a little better equipped, I reckon, in the space it takes up. The sauna is a bit of an afterthought (and I'm never sure why places in tropical resorts bother with them). Maybe a shuttle to Patong or Phuket town that runs once or twice a day would encourage more exploration of the whole island?
