+: الاستقبال ممتاز وتعامل راقي الشقه واسعه جدا هدية ضيافة من عصيرات ومكسرات وسناكات كيسين بحجم كبير جدا الإنترنت سريع جدا الإفطار جيد للعرب يوجد قسم للبيض والموظفين محترمين وخدومين بشكل ممتاز الاطلاله من الشقه ممتازه يوجد شطاف بدورات المياه وتوجد 3 دورات مياه سويت مع غرفة السويت يوجد به دورتين مياه والغرفه يوجد بها دورة مياه ومفتوحين مع بعض المساعدة في الشنط سريع عند طلب اي شي مثلا كواية ملابس يتم إحضارها على الفور قريب من وسط شنغماي يبعد 5 دقايق مشي من السوق الليلي انصح به للعلائلات الكبيره التي تحب السكن في شنغماي المدينة وليس بالمرتفعات المكان نظيف وآمن يمكن استخدام برنامج ال Bolt للتنقل رخيص وسريع افضل من التاكسي واستخدام وسائل المواصلات الفندق لانها أغلى ب 4 مرات

-: 1- طلبنا اضافة سرير وكانت قيمته مع الإفطار 1200 بات لليلة يعني 120 ريال ثلاث ليالي 360 ريال اضافة سرير2- النوافذ لا تفتح يجب طلب فتحها من الاستقبال 3- لايوجد مكان للتدخين فقط خارج الفندق

+: الافطار جيد . ولكن لا يناسب المطعم العربي لهذا لن يجد العربي كثير من الطعام

-: Did not like poor food choices, same menu for room service as for main bar restaurant and did not like paying 10% servuce charge in restaurant

-: في ليلتين كنت اسمع اصوات بالغرفة الي جنبنا ازعجني ذا الشي وماعرفت انام

+: Pleasant stay! The environment is great, and the hotel is located in a relatively quiet area. The staff are very friendly. The room is beautiful and clean. It is about 20 minutes' walk from the old city. Not very close, but it's okay. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but they all taste good. Recommended!

+: We stayed in the family suite. We were a family of 5. The layout was huge. Staff gave us two bags full of snacks and water. Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was really good. Highly recommend staying here.

-: The beds were a little uncomfortable and hard.

+: Grand old hotel, recently renovated with a wonderful staff. We were happily upgraded to a suite with a nicely appointed living room and provided a welcome package with snacks.

-: The bed was a little firm for us, but if you like a firm bed, you will love it.
