+: This hotel is very beautiful, offering a luxurious yet simple feel. The interiors are clean, fresh, and modern, with a stunning location right by the sea. The pool area is lovely, and the happy hour by the pool is a nice touch, not to mention the charming cat that adds to the atmosphere. We loved the overall vibe!
-: The staff seem quite young and occasionally come across as nervous or anxious. On several occasions, we were asked to scan a QR code at the pool bar or restaurant to leave a review, with staff mentioning they’d receive 100 baht if we did. To be honest, it felt a bit intrusive and somewhat desperate. It would be more effective if the QR code were simply placed on the table, with perhaps a small discount offered as an incentive.Additionally, most of the staff had basic English-speaking skills, which was a bit surprising for a 4-star hotel. The concierge services also felt limited. For instance, when we asked for recommendations on things to do in Hua Hin, we were advised to visit the zoo. It might be better to provide brochures or partner with reputable local vendors for day trips. Offering activities like surf lessons or yoga by the pool would also be a great addition.
