A tropical and relaxing getaway along Mae Nam Beach can be enjoyed at Fair House Villas & Spa, Koh Samui. Aside from a private beach, it has an outdoor pool and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. A chargeable airport shuttle is also available upon request.
Fair House Villas & Spa is 6.2 mi from Koh Samui’s city center and Chaweng Beach. Samui Airport is 9.3 mi from the resort.
Spacious and elegant, rooms feature classic wooden furnishings and floor-to-ceiling windows which let in natural light. A cable TV and mini-bar are included in all rooms. Some come with ocean views.
Lazy afternoons can be spent at Pandanus Spa with its relaxing massage therapies. With panoramic views of the ocean, the fitness center provides a refreshing setting to exercise.
Delicious Thai and European dishes are served at the resort’s restaurant. Every night, a special barbecue dinner with fresh seafood is available.

+: It is a perfect place for relaxing and to enjoy nature. The view was breathtaking, and the forest around the villas was amazing, and they took very good care of it to keep it clean. We booked the Ocean Suit , Room was spacious and had all what we needed and the balcony was very nice with jacuzzi and 2 sunbeds. Breakfast options were a bit limited specifically for people from the Middle East and Gulf Region. Staff were amazing and very welcoming, responsive, and helpful. You'd need to have transportation as the hotel is not close to any of the main attractions as a walking distance. Overall, it is very recommended please if you're seeking a place to relax and have a quiet vacation.

+: Excellent location, beautiful surroundings and a laid-back feel to the layout (all bungalows). Most restaurants and attractions no more than 20 minutes by cab.

+: ישנו בחדר עם בריכה, יש הרבה פרטיות, המיטה נוחה מאוד, חדר השירותים מצויין והבריכה קטנה אבל מספקת לשני אנשים והצוות מאוד אדיב ועוזר (לא יצא לנו לאכול במסעדה שלהם)
-: ארון בתוך החדר ולא רק במקלחת היה יכול להיות נחמד.. יותר מקום להניח דברים, ארוחת הבוקר נגמרת מוקדם מידיי והמיקום דיי מבודד לנו היה אופנוע אז לא הפריע לנו ונהנו מהשקט

+: I loved my stay here so much. The location, right on the beach was fantastic. In both directions there were great options for alternative spots to eat and drink. It was peaceful and relaxing. The staff were really friendly and accommodating and the room was perfect.

+: En general nos gustó todo, el resort es muy bonito y está muy cuidado. El personal de 10, gracias a tos@s por vuestra impecable atención. Desayuno fantástico y variado.
-: Necesitas coche o moto para poder moverte o contratar taxi. No es un punto negativo, es solo para que se tenga en cuenta. Las habitaciones necesitan un poco de pintura pero en general están muy bien, tanto de tamaño como de servicios.
