+: Personal sind sehr freundlich. Pool ist sauber und die haben eigenen Strand Zugang.

-: Ist sehr runtergekommen, viele Flecken auf den Bettdecken (blutflecken sogar) und das in all 3 Zimmer die wir hatten.Beim sauber machen wurden die Gläser nicht erneuert.

+: Das Frühstück ist sehr gut

-: Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, alles wirkt schmuddelig und vieles ist defekt. In Summe gefällt uns Ko Samui nicht, da alles auf Masse ausgerichtet ist.

+: Nous connaissons cet hôtel depuis au moins 13 ans. Nous apprécions l emplacement, les chambres spacieuses. Le personnel est sympathique.

-: Le soucis c est que depuis le covid, cet hôtel survis. Tout part en décrépitude. Le linge de maison est troué, parfois en lambeau, le ménage dans les communs n'existe plus.

+: Both me and my fellow travelers got a room facing away from the road, as I requested during the booking process. The breakfast was sufficient, although not fancy. A bit limited, but the food that was served, held high quality and tasted good. The beds in the room were also fairly good. Good and responsive service from the front desk when we needed anything.

-: Koh Samui in general is, in my honest opinion, a crowded and not so charming destination - and staying at the Chaweng Beach makes it even worse. The hotel is located next to the Suan Uthit Road, resulting to al lot of noise in the pool area during most of the day. I would assume that the road facing towards the road would be rather noisy as well. My room was clean enough, but my travel accompanies room was dirty (bathtub, hair on the floor and dead insects). That said, the hotel staff cleaned it up immediately after we noticed them about the issue.
