+: The rooms were clean and the hotel property was amazing. The best was the turn down service.

-: Felt the staff was very sales driven. Got the feeling they saw me like a cash cow. The hotel is nice but you can get the same experience from a boutique 5 star for half the price. WiFi did not work properly. Had to ask few times to get an extender added to the room. The hot water in the shower was so temperamental. Told the staff about it. Engineering came but nothing was done.
