+: Große, helle, saubere Zimmer. Karon Beach in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Hotelpersonal ist toll, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

-: Der Verkehr direkt vor dem Hotel und der damit verbundene Gang zum Strand. Es gibt aber einen Hotelangestellten, der einen über die Straße leitet (ist dort bei Hotels üblich, da die Straße alle Hotels vom Strand trennt). Das Frühstücks Büffet ist ausbaufähig.
