+: Location is great , located at the side and walk to beach is mere minutes away. There is a 7-11 and pharmacy nearby. Room is enough for 2, basic amenities ( shampoo, body wash , slippers , shower cap and handwash) are provided. Checked in late at night and staff are friendly and helpful. Bedding is comfortable and soft and overall it’s a great place to stay. Recommended and thank you!
-: Some minor issues like inconsistent shower temperature. Ants in the room and some tv channels are unstable (like bbc) due to network?

+: super great value , close to Karon Beach, easy to get Grab or other transportation, close to 7-11 convenience stores, comfy beds, very friendly staff
-: Breakfast was not as diverse as the last time we stayed, foods that were supposed to be warm or hot were cool
