+: The hotel is connected by overhead bridge to Platinum Mall, December, Big C, central world and Chit Lom BTS. It is also right across from the entrance to Pratunam Market. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. They also provide adaptor.
-: The aircon in our room made a really loud sound when switched on, so we had to switch it off and rely on the aircon from the living room. We stored our luggage with them after check out, and found out that a rat ate through one of our thinner bags and ate our cakes within. So pls do not store food in the luggage storage if they’re not packed and hard cased suitcases.
