+: ・プール前コテージは穴場。ほぼプライベートプール状態。水はキレイ＆静か。 ・ベットメイキングのオバ最高＆丁寧 ・浴槽があってゆったり。 ・コネクティングの仕方が上手（プライベートを確保しつつ繋がっている） ・歩いて15分ジョムティエンナイトマーケット→ソンテウ（10B人）→トンタンマーケットと夜市のハシゴ出来ます。 ・海前。だがコテージは300ｍ奥。フロント横はセブンイレブン＆屋台。 ・コテージ横スタッフ通用口は通してくれるので路地（soi)に行くのが便利（洗濯やバー） ・MAKSレンタカーが近くて便利 ・ホテル評価が低いのはメイン棟の古さからでしょう。宿泊したコテージは改修されており現代風に小綺麗になってます

-: ・1部屋洗面所の水が出ない（直らない。勘弁してね。と） ・改修しているが電気設備（スイッチやコンセントの位置）がそのままで使いにくい ・建具の建付が悪く、一部自分で直した（直せた） ・「海外あるある」で悪い所は多々あるが、気になる人は高級ホテルへどうぞ

-: Due to the conditions of the hotel we were forced to change rooms 5 times within 24 hours.The hotel and staff are cheats & liars, who just laugh at you when you explain that the aircons leak water on your belongings.

-: Muy viejo, poco mantenimiento en general ,la ducha estaba embozada de pelos, el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso

+: Great location to the beach and to the scuba diving centres. Comfortable, large and clean bed. Reasonably good breakfast.

-: Didn’t know to bring cash for the room deposit. You get it back at the end, but it’s perhaps worthwhile mentioning this somewhere.
