+: The Aria Hotel was excellent.
-: It would have been good to know in advance that The Grand President was actually closed for renovations…I didn’t even know I was booked into Aria Hotel…in same location…until I went and asked at reception.

+: Nothing at all. The From Office Department tried to find a solution to our complaints. I need to mention that only because we complained about the situation and we paid extra money to have an upgrade to another room and in a different hotel.
-: Cockroaches. Rest of cocaine and Viagra. The room was not clean. The ambience and the lights inside the room are terrible. Poor guest service. The Housekeeping Department needs training not only how to clean the room also how to handle the complains. The team members don't speak basic English. The from office team at least tried their best to help us with our complaints.
