+: The hotel is very central to the beach and surroundings. The staff were helpful. Rooftop pool.
-: The hotel was very dirty. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a concrete floor. Curtains were ripped. Used bottles from previous guests under the bed. I doubt the room or sheets were ever cleaned. Rooms were very noisy as you could hear other people all the time. Electricity went when we were there and had no AC which was torture.

+: The hotel is in a good area, the swimming pool was good and the staff ( just in swimming pool area).
-: The staff wasn’t polite, the bathroom smelling horrible and is not value for money, as well we asked for a toilet paper because the cleaner didn’t refill and the receptionist refused to provide it, I have to go at the reception. Really bad attention. As well the restaurant is Russian food that hasn’t nothing to be with phucket.
