-: Le foto non rispecchiano le camere, mi hanno fatto pagare un supplemento dopo avere prenotato su Booking per avere la camera che rispecchiava le foto al momento della prenotazione, assurdo!! Ho già contattato l’assistenza per ricevere il rimborso!! Una vera truffa!!! Non è possibile!!! Nella colazione non ci sono dolci o cornetti!

-: Ogni cosa, le camere oramai hanno i loro disegni di vita, parti scollate, cassetti bloccati, aria condizionata che fa rumore , non parliamo della pulizia, PESSIMA!!! C’è polvere ovunque ed ho dovuto richiamare l’attenzione del personale poiché a volte non cambiavano le lenzuola macchiate, assurdo!!

-: Aircon stopped working and woke up at 6am and had to ring reception to send maintenance to fix AHU. Room was very small but we knew that in advance
