-: The room stinks, the toilet stinks, the shower water has only 2 options: boiling water or too cold. Sink clogged. We couldn't close the door completely. There was a 5 mm gap between the door and the frame because the door was warped. Poor lighting in the room. The bathroom was almost dark. The worst thing was that we were not prepared for such conditions at all, because the hotel had a rating of 8.1 on booking.com. We would never stay in such conditions. The duvets and pillowcases were probably washed. I say probably because the hotel uses thick duvets that are yellowed and look like they were not washed, so you can't be sure if they were washed because they don't use duvet covers. (Who washes thick duvets everyday)?I have been traveling in Thailand since 2004. I have seen everything, but the rating of this hotel should be a maximum of 6.0I hardly leave any reviews but in this place I just had to. If you want to have a terrible experience in Samui, stay there.
