+: Fantastico! Criss e Luke sanno capire cosa è necessario e sono sempre disponibili per qualsiasi aiuto .Albergo con piscina molto accogliente all'ingresso, tavoli da pranzo, divani, etc .. Ambiente familiare ENGThai, SI DORME BENISSIMO SENZA RUMORE! NO NOISE! La camera era davvero bella grande, carina, con cucina attrezzata di tutto, balcone su piscina!Aria condizionata silenziosa sempre! Ho dormito benissimo, il letto è abbastanza rigido molto buono per la mia schiena! Si può fare colazione e portare cibo da fuori per mangiare in giardino anche, Tutto ottimo, prezzo eccezionale! Tornerò presto!

+: Las vistas de la habitación eran bonitas a la montaña , tenía cocina y fue muy amable el dueño que habla algo de español

-: Está bastante retirado de lo que es bangla Road a unos 25 min andando , si pillais una moto mejor , habían cucarachas grandes en la habitacion

+: Nice family run hotel. Daily housekeeping with towels changed daily. The owner and the staff are super nice. The owner is always there, so he keeps his eye on everything. Therefore the housekeeping is immaculate and the property is kept clean and in really good shape. Pretty quiet location with about 15-20 minutes walking to the Patong beach and Bangla road. Enough parking for motorbikes, not sure about cars. I like that the beach towels are different sizes - smaller and bigger ones depending on which one suites you better - if you just go to the nearest beach, or travel to the further ones. They've got an in-room kitchen with pans, utensils, so you can cook in the room. So it was a really pleasant stay overall.

+: Location very convenient . Room quiet and as I have requested on a high floor . Good service , good atmosphere and the host was very nice and helpful .

+: Nice big comfortable bed with good quality linen, room was large, aircon worked great, lots of power points, kitchenette was handy and were able to cook meals, great water pressure and temperature in shower. Room was cleaned daily if needed.

-: no screens on windows so couldnt open them due to bugsmosquitos entering, when having a shower the toilet gets wet, would have been nice to have some cooking basics like salt and pepper, pool area a little awkward.
