+: De kamers bevinden zich in een prachtige tuin. Je verblijft echt in de natuur. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel biedt veel activiteiten en uitstappen. Het ontbijtbuffet was beperkt maar lekker. Lunch en diner zijn ook mogelijk en heerlijk.

-: De badkamer was niet zo netjes. Meubels zijn erg basic. Aan de receptie verstaan ze een beetje Engels en in het restaurant sprak 1 ober Engels. Voor de rest is het behelpen met google translate.

The hot springs were a highlight, offering a perfect way to unwind and relax. The experience was so calming that we wished we could have extended our stay to explore more of the activities available. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. This resort is a true gem for anyone looking to disconnect and recharge in a tranquil, natural setting. We can't wait to return!

-: While our stay at Home Phutoey River Resort was mostly enjoyable, we did have a concerning experience. When we inquired about the presence of snakes, we were assured there were none. However, during our time at the viewpoint, while we were enjoying the beautiful river view, we spotted a long snake. This unexpected encounter was quite frightening and dampened our sense of safety. It’s something to be mindful of for future guests who might have similar concerns.

+: absolutely beautiful place to stay, quiet and hidden away with lots and lots of things to do and see close by. The staff were amazingly polite

-: i would recommend renting bikes car to get around before coming as they do not offer bike rental at the hotel

+: The air conditioning was either not working or working intermittently with a lot of noise, making it difficult to sleep. The sheets and floor were stained, and the pedalos were in disrepair. The place is in need of renovation. However, the staff were very welcoming and the view of the river was beautiful.
