+: The villa was spacious and large, many rooms and toilets, and the owner of the villa was quick to respond on WhatsApp. The kitchen is large and has all the utensils. There is a grocery store nearby, restaurants, and a beautiful beach.
-: There is no washing machine, the swimming pool was very small, and the cleaning service was not good

+: Great location, near enough to walk a few minutes to shops and slightly secluded to break away from the noisy town nightlife

+: The villa was nice and close to the beach and had a 7-11 less than 50m away which was convenient. The villa itself was spacious with good working aircon.
-: The road the villa is on is very busy and loud with many trucks & motorbikes going up and down during the day as well as night. The rooms at night were very bright from outside lights. The beds are very hard too

+: The house was absolutely lovely
-: The only problem for us travelling with a 1 year old was that the steps were very steep and we had to use barriers to stop baby going near the stairs. If you're traveling with a toddler maybe not the best place. But otherwise the property was absolutely stunning.
