+: Hotel staff all are very polite and professional. Smiling and greetings. My room was clean and quiet. Hot water pressure is excellent. Roof top pool is relaxing after a day of exploring. The hotel restaurant food was always fresh and lovely tastes. Thankyou again I Residence.

-: 1. My room is on the 8th floor facing the BTS, but there’s a large floor-to-ceiling window that guests can open, which poses a safety concern and is very dangerous.2. I requested the hotel to provide me with an invoice or guest recommendation evidence via the front desk, email, and even by phone call. The hotel staff responded that they would send it later, but they never did. The hotel’s service needs improvement.
