+: The staff were welcoming and helpful. Staff at the reception desk were very kind. The staff in the restaurant were also always helping. The bellboy as well.

-: 1. The breakfast buffet, since we took breakfast at hotel, everyday it was eating the samething with 1 or 2 options that were changed. No omelet, no chese. There were tourist from various nationality at the hotel, interational buffet would be of better value.2. The lift definitely need to improve. 2 elevators but 1 was permanently under repair. The other one which was operational was breaking occasionally as well. At times we we stuck in the lift.3. Noise at the hotel - I had to change room. The guess on the same floor were very loud. At some point 1 of them banged against our door. We were scared and did not feel safe. I went to the reception and she reassured us and was able to provide another room the same night.4. I think issues with noise and behavior that is disturbing other people should be dealt quickly. We had the courage to look for help but other guess might feel obliged to stay on that floor.

+: Todo, el personal es muy amable, un buen desayuno, la comodidad de las instalaciones, me sentí en casa.

-: Que me dejo las expectativas muy altas para los siguientes alojamientos. 😅
