+: Great location, just outside the main noisy section of patong but close to walk there and the beach. Lovely pool and recliners. Ideal to have a restaurant downstairs and a 7eleven just around the corner. Exceptional place to stay. Great air con

-: Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room

+: Nice area for you to explore and just about 10 minutes from bangla road. Also Just few blocks away from a new market area. Turn left from the hotel main road and after the zibra cross to the other side of the road you will be right infront a small bridge. Walk straight and you will find a perfect market, food and pub area. Great place.

-: Location and staff, very nice and kind.

-: The one of the rooms were we stayed was stinking we did inform the front desk about the same but even after cleaning the smell didn't go. The room and the attached bathroom were stinking alot.
