+: We loved the lay out and tropical feel of the resort. We enjoyed playing pool for free by the beach everyday. Beach was gorgeous sand! Amazing sun rises over the pool and sea in the mornings!

-: Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, no beach towels or tea and coffee. Small moth like bugs everywhere. The room was very very small. The hotel was also a long way from the main streets of Chaweng.

+: Lo staff è sicuramente gentile e disponibile sempre, i servizi generali anche se datati sono ben funzionanti. La mia stanza, deluxe, era molto spaziosa e come dimensioni e servizi in linea con la prenotazione. Il servizio ristorante e bar (nel mio caso a pagamento) erano buoni. Bella la spiaggia fronte hotel.

-: La struttura presenta i segni del tempo e secondo me andrebbe in molti punti ristrutturata. Poca luce in bagno. Non sempre ho trovato in camera gli asciugamani da spiaggia di ricambio. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa. Il bagno presenta delle brutte stuccature su pavimento e rivestimento, la vascadoccia è tutta rovinata. Le stanze non sono insonorizzate, quindi va a fortuna. La posizione sulla strada principale è pericolosa, migliorerei il servizio per l'attraversamento e il personale che se ne occupa. Non c'è una vera e propria stanza di cortesia per gli ospiti che arrivano prima o che rimangono dopo il check out. La mia stanza era Room 312.

+: Beach

-: Room service, we called more than 2 times to cleanup the room during the day, not enough employees "I guess" and hotel was full, they just came around 8:00-9:00 pm... it happened for two days. Hope hotel can solve this issue soon.

+: Hôtel situé les pieds dans l'eau, ce qui est très appréciable ; la plage était très grande et propre. Le personnel très sympathique a répondu à nos attentes. Nous avons même été surclassés en ayant une chambre face à la mer, au lieu du côté route (très bruyante). La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement. Nous avons utilisé le restaurant tous les soirs : large choix et très bon. Possibilité de massages sur la plage.

-: Nous ne pouvions pas aller au centre ville car la route 4 voies devant l'hôtel était trop dangereuse même si l'hôtel était à 500 m du centre. Nous avons essayé par la plage mais impossible aussi. Nous n'avions plus de cash, alors nous sommes allés quand même à un ATM à environ 150 m de l'hôtel mais de l'autre côté de la rue. Ce qui a été difficile et dangereux car les voitures et scooters roulent très vite.

+: La gentillesse du personnel. Le matin de l’anniversaire de ses 17 ans ma fille a eu la surprise de voir le personnel du restaurant lui apporter un gâteau et de lui chanter Happy Birth Day, le soir en rentrant de voir le lit décoré. Je trouve ces attentions très touchantes. Elles reflètent l’état d’esprit général du personnel.

+: Located just by the beach. Nice beach and nice quiet water to swim.

-: The airco did not work. I had a superior seaside villa and it was run down. The door doesn’t close properly letting all mosquitoes go inside. The airco stopped working every 15 minutes. They could not fix it and the 3rd night they moved ua to a smaller room (double room) where the bed was way to small for 2 people and horribly hard. You could feel the springs. The first 3 nights I couldn’t sleep to the malfunctioning airco (one night way too cold and 2 nights just not working), and the last night due to the horrible bed I slept only a couple of hours and woke up with neck pain. The sun beds are not sufficient, people go too early in the morning to put their towel and hardly use them. Hotel should have policies about it. Breakfast was basic and often they run out of fruit, yoghurt… they serves cold pancakes and told me to warm them up in the toaster. People are in general very nice and service oriented, so it is not their fault, but the facilities and policies of the hotel need to be reviewed to offer a good experience to the guests. At the end they gave me 15% discount on my consumptions at the restaurant to “compensate” the bad experience. Of course it was peanuts and they gave it because I asked for it. They charge you a deposit of 1500 baht per room in case you break something, but if they fail to offer what you paid for and what they promised to give, there is no real compensation for that. Not a fair situation.

+: Posizione favolosa, spiaggia e mare incredibile, l ombra naturale che viene dalle palme non ha prezzo. Piscina a sfioro che affaccia sulla spiaggia meravigliosa. Ottimi i giochi gratuiti tra cui beach volley, biliardo, freccette. Massaggi in spiaggia stupendi.

-: Non credo facciano la disinfestazione delle zanzare perché è pieno a differenza dei resort accanto. Le camere sono un po' datate, condizionatori vecchi a muro (non split) e non regolabili (una rotella che dovrebbe segnare la temperatura ma non cambia niente. Pulizia non eccezionale delle camere.
