Sitting on Patong Beach, Impiana Resort Patong, Phuket provides an accommodations with a private patio. Beautiful sunsets and views of tropical gardens accompany its award-winning restaurant.
Impiana Resort is a few minutes’ walk from Bangla Road’s nightlife and Jungceylon Shopping Center, while Phuket International Airport is a 45-minute drive away.

-: LAMENTABLE, Nous avons séjourné à l'IMPIANA du 12 au 19082024. Au cours de notre séjour l'hôtel nous a présenté une facture de 340 bath de frais de nettoyage pour du linge de lit et serviettes toilette souillés alors qu'il y avait erreur de chambre. Très compliqué de leur faire accepter leur erreur et annuler cette facture. A notre arrivée la salle de bain et les sanitaires de la chambre n'étaient pas très propres. Le ménage a été très mal fait voire pas fait (WC et douche non nettoyés pendant au moins 4 jours de suite) seulement le lit était fait + un petit coup de balai dans la chambre. Tous les jours il nous a fallu réclamer des serviettes propres ???? Et le jour de notre départ, de nouveau on voulait nous faire payer un mug (250 bath ????) alors que nous l'avions déposé au Beach Bar. Devant notre refus de payer, quelle n'a pas été notre surprise de voir les hôtesses prendre en "otage" le chauffeur de taxi l'empêchant de nous laisser partir (lamentable) ; il a dû payer les 250 bath (que nous lui avons remboursés bien sûr) pour ne pas rater notre vol. Quel tact ! Ce comportement est vraiment déplorable et inadmissible pour un établissement 4*.
