+: L'emplacement de l'hôtel offre une vue spectaculaire avec des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, ce qui a rendu mes nuits très reposantes. De plus, le personnel est extrêmement professionnel, toujours accueillant et prêt à rendre service.

-: Malgré les six piscines, seules deux sont réellement agréables; les autres semblent peu utilisées. La piscine de la plage est souvent bruyante à cause des jeunes enfants. La plage en elle-même n'est pas à la hauteur, avec un sable grossier et un environnement peu engageant. L'hôtel est également assez isolé, ce qui oblige à prendre un véhicule pour toute sortie. Enfin, l'infrastructure vieillissante et les matériaux de mauvaise qualité sont indignes d'un établissement cinq étoiles.

+: I’ve been to many hotels in my lifetime- I’ve never had an amazing experience like I had at the Intercontinental Kos Samui! Starting from the AMAZING views from any spot - the pleasant smiling staff, spacious rooms and every little detail that they could think of to make the vacation perfect. Thanks for the best experience in Koh Samui!

+: The views were stunning. The staff were amazing. Loved that you could get a buggy to the beach. We had a spa it was unbelievable.

-: Nothing about the hotel. Would have been good to have more options to go outside the property.
