+: Great location as it is a walking distance to Big C, Central World and The Platinum Fashion Mall. About 5 mins walk to the nearest BTS station. Great spacious room and bathroom with beautiful views of the city. Breakfast they serve pork however there is Arabic station and wide selection of pastries, cereals etc for Muslim travelers.

-: None. Everything was up to our expectations. We were happy to have chose InterContinental. If we were to return, we will choose the same hotel again. I wish they had more halal foods for breakfast as an Asian I don't really eat Arabic food.

+: I liked the staff very much friendly and helpful all the time.

-: the air conditioning, overall it was hot in the room even when they got it fixed it still was not cold which made us uncomfortable during the stay.
