+: The room and facility are very clean.There are lots of amenities.Just my image of Thailand hotels, the e drain system doesn’t work well but this intercontinental hotel is good.And the quality of breakfast is very good.I really enjoy it.

-: I thought there was private beach but there was not. I should have checked in advance.And when I check in, I need to wait.

+: 高級ホテルだけあって立地、雰囲気は抜群でした。感動のあまり泣きそうになりました。フロントのオープンスペースは心地よい風が吹き抜け、バンコクからの長時間移動の疲れを噴き飛ばしてくれ、これから始まる滞在への期待感を大きくしました。スタッフの対応など大変満足できる内容のものでした。英語が話せないのですが、分かりやすくスマホのアプリで翻訳しながら懲りずに対応してもらいました。部屋のラナイからの眺望も最上階のオーシャンビューということで、時間の流れを忘れてしまうほど居心地の良い場所でした。都合上たった一泊の滞在でしたが、必ずまた戻って来たいと思いました。

-: シャワーブースのカビや床の滑りがありとても残念でした。浴槽も多少汚れていたので使用前に軽く洗い流すことが必要でした。室内の清掃については不満を感じるレベルではありませんが、ベッドの枕側の足ともの埃が気になりました。プライベートビーチが岩場で泳げないのは残念でした。
