J.A.Villa Pattaya Hotel is favorably located only a 15-minute walk to the beach. The nightlife and shopping are all within easy walking distance of the Pattaya J.A.Villa.

The hotel is a 20-minute drive from Central Festival. Bangkok is a 2-hr drive away.

+: Good value ..nice balcony. Staff helpful. Stayed here twice . Gym is very basic . Pool was ok .

-: Location is little far from beach although 711 nearby and nice street food 5 min walk. Need sort out safes in rooms for belonging as not working properly . Breakfast was poor
