+: הנוף מושלם אבל זה לא המלון היחיד עם נוף כזה וזה לא שווה

-: למי שאוהב לאכול נמלים- יש כמויות של נמלים בחדר האוכל, על האוכל, בתוך הקפה, בתוך הלחם אפילו קיבלתי נמלים, המלון מיושן, זרם המים במקלחת עלוב, ידית שבורה (ניסו לתקן אך ללא הצלחה וזה נשאר כך).היחס של הצוות מזעזע ומתעלמים מכל פניה שהייתה לנו על הנמלים ועל המתקנים המקולקלים בחדר.בקיצור ממש ממש לא ממליצה ובכלל לא דיברתי על כמויות המדרגות המתישה והמרחק מכל מקום.

-: יחס הצוות מחריד, נמלים על כל האוכל בארוחת הבוקר, מליון מדרגות מתישות, מיקום גרוע ואין כמעט שאטלים

+: Super schöne Aussicht auf Shark BayKleiner Privatstrand zum schnorcheln. Aber kein Sandstrand am Hotel. Einstieg ins Meer über Steintreppen.

-: Auswahl im Restaurant könnte vielfältiger sein.Das Hotel ist schon sehr abgelegen. Ohne Taxi Roller kommt man nur schwer weg. Der Shuttle vom Hotel führt täglich drei mal zum Pier.

+: Das Hotel war traumhaft schön. Traumhafter Ausblick vom Zimmer aufs Meer. Frühstück war sehr gut, a la Card war inklusive und somit immer frische zubereitet Speisen. Der Pool war sehr groß. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Anlage sowie das Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Obwohl von uns kein roomservice verlangt wurde, haben wir immer frische Handtücher und Wasser in einem Korb vor die Tür gestellt bekommen.

-: Zugang zum Strand wäre nice. Hatten nur ein Zugang direkt ins Meer rein. Es gab viele Treppen zu laufen, was für uns kein Problem dargestellt hat jedoch eins sein könnte wenn man nicht gut auf den Beinen ist.

+: Lage ist einzigartig

-: Frühstück eher 3* und das Personal teilweise nicht zuvorkommend. Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber.

+: La villa era meravigliosa, come nelle foto. Baia incantevole, personale educato attento e molto disponibile. Ristorante molto buono. SPA buona e poco costosa, ma migliorabile nel servizio.

-: Non siamo stati prima informati che era in costruzione una nuova area della struttura, proprio dietro alla nostra villa. Rumori durante il giorno. Abbiamo pagato tutto all'arrivo, trovo corretto dare un deposito e il saldo a fine soggiorno. Il bagno al piano terra aveva di ritorno cattivissimi odori. Le pulizie non sono state accurate. Piscina con parti arrugginite e scale in piastrelle con angoli a spigolo appuntiti, da fare attenzione.

+: Globalement, l’hôtel est « pas mal ». La literie est très confortable.La nourriture est bonne. La localisation dans Shark bay est superbe - elle permet de belles sessions de snorkeling.

-: Nous avons eu la chance de faire 8 hôtels en Thaïlande lors de notre voyage - celui ci est celui que nous avons le moins apprécié.Nous avons été déçu par la chambre, très vieillotte (surtout la salle de bain digne des années 70…). Lors de la réservation, je me suis laissée induire en erreur par les photos des villas - je pensais que les chambres étaient au même niveau mais pas du tout. L’accueil était désagréable, à multiples reprises. Dans l’urgence, j’ai eu besoin de faire un cash out (l’hôtel était excentre) mais le personnel a refusé. Cela nous a fortement embêtés.De plus, attention - il y a ÉNORMÉMENT de marchés à monter (surtout si la chambre est très éloignée comme la nôtre). Il faut le prendre en compte lors de la réservation.

+: Tolle Aussicht, wunderbares Essen, extrem freundliches Personal. Die Bucht ist genial zum Schnorcheln - Schildkrötengarantie!

-: Wenn man das Resort verlassen möchte, ist man auf AutosTaxis angewiesen - zu Fuß wird's schwierig.

-: Solicitamos un cambio de fechas por vuelo y no nos dieron respuestas, perdimos una noche y no nos recompensaron por nada. Por lo demas todo perfecto

+: Posto eccezionale, spiaggia più belle dell’ isola a pochi metri l’una dall’ altra, si può nuotare con tartarughe e squaletti scendendo dal molo della struttura

-: Accoglienza pessima, lo staff dell’ accoglienza non all altezza, senza entrare troppo nel dettaglio
