+: Hotel is in great location just off jomtien beach Rd and it was cheap
-: Hotel was very dirty there was pigeon droppings all over our balcony and even a few dead pigeons .... the pool was dirty not suitable to bath a dog and to top it all they charged us an extra 180baht for a dirty bath matt that had become dirty from the floor ....over all would not recommend

-: the room was so dirty. I found hair of someone everywhere in my room ( mine is blond) even on the bed and the toilet is not really clean. the swimming pool is full of bird poop everywhere. it is disgusting. I never going to stay there again.
