-: This was disgusting you cheated me the hotel is not even 2 star and you mentioned 5 star room was very small and washroom was like as prison we didn’t get breakfast because we are vegetarian we asked for vegetarian breakfast but they didn’t arrange the location was terrible, you ruined my entire trip.

+: I couldn’t find things to like
-: First bad impression, they kept me wait for check in from 5pm to 11pm and then refused my reservation and others saying fully occupied. Many guest were standing in front of the front counter complaining about the air conditioner, water, electric, shower and more. The staff ignored and spoke locally to the foreigners. I and others left the hotel at midnight no place to go.
