+: The hotel is precisely as shown in the photographs. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I plan to return with my family in the future.The rooms are spotless, and the beds are extremely comfortable. I especially enjoyed the beds.I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It is situated in close proximity to the beach.
-: Restaurant. The servers appeared to be unfamiliar with the concept of an espresso coffee and mistakenly brought me a long black. Additionally, the family room had an open toilet, which I found unappealing. The air conditioning in the kids' room was not functioning, and when I inquired about it, I was informed that it had been turned off for safety reasons. However, this resulted in the room becoming excessively hot. And for a solution, they provided me with a stand fan. All other rooms are very good.

+: The staff was very friendly, the location is good and the rooms are fine.
-: Unfortunately, the hotel is fully and entirely catered towards Russian tourists. For example they only offer tourist tours in Russian and they offer Russian food at the hotel restaurant, and as a consequence there's only Russian visitors. As such that's okay, but some of the visitor's behaviour was absolutely not acceptable, which made us leave the hotel earlier than foreseen: a drunken guy tried to violently break into our room at 10pm, shouting at us in Russian, and wouldn't leave until security arrived + our room neighbours were having parties every single night until 2-3 am, also only stopping after security came. If you're not Russian, I really wouldn't recommend.
