+: Rapport qualité-prix correct et espace propre.

+: The stuff was responsive.

-: They gave me a room without window! When I showed them photos from booking (bright room, with floor to ceiling windows), they said - yes, only one room like that and it’s busy. I don’t recommend to stay here. The place is poorly maintained, and you may see something very different from the nice pics on the site.

+: The people were nice, they accepted the request for a new room, as the first room they offered had a weird smell

-: The floor was dusty, and room is not noise-cancelling. We get disturbed by midnight motorbikers. Location was bad. More than 15mins walk to kamala beach.

-: La deuxième chambre que j'avais loué, n'avait pas été confirmée, le propriétaire a exigé que je paye 700 baths, malgré que j'avais déjà payé 570 baths, après une discussion houleuse. Je pense que le problème venait de Booking. Finalement j'ai été remboursé des 700 baths.

+: The room was perfect for us, the bed was very comfortable. We had clean towels every day and fresh bottles of water everyday. The laundry service was helpful, and the moped rental was easy and great value for money.

-: I guess the only complaint could be that it was a small walk to the beach but only 10-15 minutes. And reception could be a little hard to get hold of.

+: The staff was nice and friendly.

-: The location isn't so great.It's 15 min walk from Kamala beach and there is no side walk. So it's highly inconvenient walk and we had to take 5 min taxi, couple time every day.
