+: The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, the beach was a just across the road, the pool was perfect. O'Reilly's Irish Bar attached to the hotel was brilliant, all of the staff were fantastic and very welcoming and they served great food, the roof top bar was excellent. Would definitely recommend you give them a try.
-: The breakfast was very average, we felt it catered mainly towards the Chinese guests of which there were many of them but the staff at breakfast did a fantastic job.

-: Property claims to have two restaurants on site and it has none. It provides a basic buffet breakfast but that is it. 2 bedroom suite is spacious but was old and tired. A day prior to check out I requested a late check out at 4pm and that I was happy to pay for this. I was told that the room was booked and it was not possible. I then asked if a standard hotel room was free and I would pay the full rate. Without even checking I was told the hotel was fully booked. This did not seem right as when I was visiting it was the shoulder season and the hotel did not appear to be any more than 50% booked. I subsequently checked multiple online websites including Booking.com and found there were rooms available. I was just about to book a room when reception called and advised a room became available. I was even advised that the car room that I was in was available and there was no other booking and I was able to pay the additional fee for a late check out. I’m not sure why I was lied to initially but it seems after they initially told me the incorrect information they must’ve reflected on that which prompted them to call me.
