+: Lovely staff. Great beach & views. Local shops & restaurants are very convenient. Buffet breakfast was great. Local massage staff were generally available. Lots of seating around the pool was great. Huge property so plenty to explore.

-: Long distance from airport. Rooms are starting to feel dated.

+: We love the location of the hotel as it has its private beach (the waves can be very strong). We had the sea-facing view and our room is also near to the pools and the breakfast. The spread and the quality of the breakfast is good, The service crew is friendly and helpful. There is also light entertainment facilities like table tennis, and snooker table and some other hotel activities you can join.

+: Facilities and pools were great. Gardens were well maintained

-: Staff were rude, inattentive and slow.

+: The property is good but not as great as shown in pictures The hotel policy on booking shows child upto age of 18 sharing same bed will not be charged extra but the hotel will charge you 450bhat per night per child per room extra so think before booking the property

-: The breakfast area is good to see as a view of the beach but is very uncomfortable to sit in this humid weather.The staff at the front desk is very rude so was not a friendly stay at allUse grab to book taxi is the best way To travel as it’s far from the center

+: המלון גדול מאוד , השטחים הציבוריים מאוד יפים.מספר בריכות שחיה , חדר כושר ,ורצועת חוף יפה.ארוחת בוקר עשירה וטובה.הזמנו סוויטה, גדולה מאוד , נוף יפה לים .

-: לחות רבה מאוד בחדר .מיקום מעט מרוחק מהמרכז ולכן ישנה תלות במוניות. חבל שבחוף אין כיסאות של המלון.
