+: The layout was good with everything you need. The sofa bed was a very heavy construction with no instructions how to convert back to a sofa easily.
-: The location is just out of the Kata town boundary so a minimum 300 baht taxi fare to beach and walking street. Grab taxis couldn’t locate it easily. You need to be aware that there is a 1:45 hill down to property once off main road (that is itself off the very steep main road with no pavements down to the town to be able to walk to town). We didn’t want car or bike so checked out after 1 night due to needing 4 taxis per day and scary hill. Pool was very small.

+: Der Meerblick und das Apartment mit dem Balkon an sich waren sehr schön. Auch die Ausstattung war gut .Eigentlich alles da was man braucht.
-: Die Schlafcouch hat diesen Namen eigentlich nicht verdient. Da das Doppelbett doch eher klein bemessen war sollte zumindest die Schlafcouch auch bequem sein. Das war leider nicht der Fall.
