+: 1. The location of the hotel is fantastic, straight on the beach, the sea is amazing, clean and beautiful, however not for swimming, there were big waves, perhaps due to the season, but it didn’t bother us at all. 2. The stuff is very friendly, trying to help in everything. 3. The bed was huge and super comfortable! The pillows were amazing! 4. The territory of the hotel is big with many pools and kids play areas.

-: 1. The hotel is quite old, even though it was renovated recently, everything looked worn out. 2. The rooms are big, but very dark and not cozy at all unfortunately, with very low ceilings, at least in the building we stayed. 3. The kids water play area was not open, and it was a big disappointment as we went with two small kids and it was one of the reasons why we chose the hotel. 4. The kids play ground across the street, it wasn’t convenient, so most of the time we were not able to go there. 5. Definitely doesn’t worth the price we payed for the hotel, didn’t feel it’s 5 star facility at all.

+: Lovely staff. Great beach & views. Local shops & restaurants are very convenient. Buffet breakfast was great. Local massage staff were generally available. Lots of seating around the pool was great. Huge property so plenty to explore.

-: Long distance from airport. Rooms are starting to feel dated.

+: L’albergo ha una bella spiaggia e la zona riservata al beach side è tenuta bene.

-: L’albergo no vale per nulla il prezzo offerto, le camere non sono tenute bene e lo staff non è molto cordiale o d’aiuto.

+: We love the location of the hotel as it has its private beach (the waves can be very strong). We had the sea-facing view and our room is also near to the pools and the breakfast. The spread and the quality of the breakfast is good, The service crew is friendly and helpful. There is also light entertainment facilities like table tennis, and snooker table and some other hotel activities you can join.

+: Facilities and pools were great. Gardens were well maintained

-: Staff were rude, inattentive and slow.
