+: Very good location, very comfortable rooms, altough the balcony door was broken on one side, so that it could only be opened from the other side, there is also breakfast avaiable for free, plus plenty of other options for which you have to pay for. More than fair prices thou!
-: I rented a scooter from the place and, suddenly, in the middle of the night, while coming back from Phuket Town, the back wheel inner tube just exploded... We were lucky that none of us fell or got hurt in any way...but yeah, when we took contact with the structure they just told us to get a taxy and get back. Straight to the point, we had to pay for the scooter rent AND for the taxy that we called due to the scooter "malfunction". They just told us that it's not their responsability, since it has been our driving that provoked the inner tube explosion, so it was our fault...and that we were lucky we didnt have to pay for the damage. As far as i know, and i fix motorbikes for hobby, there is no way an inner tube can explode the way it did due to bad driving habits (unless you go offroading all around). It was just old and unchecked by the structure. It is also impossible to determine such a problem from a simple look before renting the vehicle. Another customer had problems with the scooter brakes and was involved in an accident. He was told the same as us, it was his fault. So, the structure is good, and they are generally good people but be aware of their renting policy. The day after, by the way, i've seen the mechanic coming to check wheels and brakes on all the scooters...but yeah...it was "due to how we drive", right? Just be careful out there!
