+: I love the staff here. This was my second time with the hotel. This time I had the sea view room, and the view is great. Third floor was very noisy and smelled of some type of sewer gas that burned my eyes. the street noise was very loud. They moved me to the fourth floor with even better view, no sewer gas smell, minimal noise, but the bed was lumpy and the TV didn't have Netflix. I would stay again. The room on the third floor was great except for the sewer gas and the noise. Bed is comfortable and the balcony and view is nice. It has Netflix. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants and shops. 5 minutes to the beach. The rooms off the street without a view are very quiet

+: The hotel is very clean and welcoming. They clean your rooms every day and leave you two bottles of water every day. A place I would definitely recommend and will return to, 1 minute from the quietest beach in Patong.

+: Staff were very friendly and our bedroom was lovely and clean, freshly painted. Good value for money.

-: The bathroom needed renewing, unfortunately the walls and toilet seat were mouldy.
