+: We really enjoyed our stay. The whole resort was very clean with staff continually tidying. The staff were super friendly and the resort beautiful. It even had resident monitor lizards. Our room was large and had a great private outdoor shower. The spa facilities were great and the spa ladies very professional. The breakfast was yummy and had plenty of variety for our 8 night stay. There were enough loungers at the pool and also the option to go to the resort next door and use their facilities and adults only pool. The location was just a short walk to shops and taxis easy to get.

-: The beach wasn't great and had a lot of rubbish but there was a beautiful beach further north for swimming and paddleboarding.

+: Krásný hotel je umístěn v zeleni, na pláž přes klidnou silnici. Přechod přes silnici vždy zabezpečuje ostraha hotelu (milá pozornost pro "pravostranné" turisty). Pokoj byl obrovský, každodenně uklizen, voda a káva doplňována. Výborné snídaně. Personál milý, pozorný, usměvavý. V hotelu je velký bazén s lehátky, vždy byla nějaká volná. U bazénu příjemný bar. Měli jsme obavy z komárů, tak jsme hned zakoupili repelent. Bylo to celkem zbytečné, ale někteří hosté byli poštípaní. Velkým plusem bylo, že zde nebyli žádní Rusáci, ani ve městě nebyly nápisy v azbuce (na rozdíl od Patongu). Centrum města vzdáleno cca 10 min pěšky, je zde vše potřebné - obchody, různé restaurace... Nádherné kilometrové pláže, dopoledne téměř nemožné plavání - příliv a vysoké vlny, řádění ve vlnách super.

+: Es waren tolle Tage in Khao Lak.Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Die Anlage sehr schön.

+: Leuk en mooi resort in Thaise style, dichtbij het strand en op loopafstand van winkels en restaurants. Goede prijskwaliteit verhouding en erg vriendelijk personeel.

+: Thaityyliset rakennukset. Aamiainen tosi hyvä. Smotiet plussaa. Henkilökunnan asut. Iso huone. Hyvä sijainti. Henkilökunta . Taisi olla 4 kerta tässä hotellissa.

+: Tolle Anlage mit allem, was wir benötigten. Große und komfortable Zimmer. Gute Lage zu Restaurants, Massage und Geschäften.
