+: L'emplacement de l'hotel est très bien, entre Sairee Beach et le Pier, donc idéal. Le personnel est absolument adorable, toujours là pour aider. Le petit déjeuner est bien garni, on y mange bien.

-: L'hotel semble maintenant vraiment vieux et les chambres ne sont pas très belles. La climatisation est très ancienne, sortant beaucoup d'odeur constamment. Les chambres sont mal pensées, avec des choses complètement incohérentes. Il est clairement moins bien que sur les photos. La piscine est jolie, mais finalement assez sale, car l'hôtel permet aux gens de mangerboire dedans via un petit bar. C'est pas top du tout. Le WIFI et la couverture réseau de l'hôtel est totalement déféctueuseinexistante, donc bon courage pour avoir internet. Même dans les parties communes, là où le WIFI est censé être bien, il est inutilisable normalement, car il est mal sécurisé et que tous les sites sont bloqués par les navigateurs. L'ensemble des prestations au sein de l'hôtel sont 20% plus chère à prestation égale qu'en dehors de l'hotel. Donc finalement, on ne profite pas tant que ça du restaurant, des massages et autres, car en faisant quelques minutes à pied, on a le même niveau de service, mais moins cher. Finalement, pour le prix que nous avons payé, ça ne valait clairement pas le coup.

+: This is a lovely hotel. The pool is huge and beautifully kept. There is enough sun loungers for all guests, and towels readily available right beside the pool. The rooms are big, the beds are a plus King size, and probably the most comfortable I have come across in Thailand. Bathrooms are large, and very clean, with a huge shower. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. The ferry pier is walking distance from the hotel, and many shops and restaurants also walking distance. The breakfast was ample and beautifully presented. Breakfast room overlooks the ocean, and has a lovely view. The staff are friendly and helpful across the board. We rented mopeds and rode to other beaches, but even if you just stay at the hotel, everything you might need is close by.

-: The wifi is terrible, but a staff member at reception gave us a pocket wifi dongle, which solved the problem. The beach in front of the hotel was very dirty, I would not recommend swimming there. We did not walk barefoot on the beach, as there was lots of broken glass and litter. No fault of the hotel however.

+: The place is beautiful, the pool is awesome, the room is awesome! Great location and breakfast.

-: Music at the pool was too loudunnecessary. It would be playing even when no one was there and you could hear it from the rooms. There were some large tour groups coming through or other inconsiderate guests making noise late into the night. The wifi is horrible. There is plenty of good wifi on the island. They have so many networks and not one of them works, even in the common areas. Can’t get cell reception in the building either, so it makes it really difficult to make up for the wifi.

+: The resort is beautiful and metres from a clean beach. It is less than 100 metres from the ferry terminal. The staff are very friendly and polite and the restaurant serves great food.The room we had (sea view) was large with a huge bed. The air-conditioning wasn't great, it struggled to cool the large room down.On the whole, a great hotel and well worth a visit.
