+: We did not like the resort and left after the first night back to Phuket.
-: The resort is very old and not modern at all - the room were small and the resort is situated far in.

+: Its a nice resort but it is on the older side. Its a pretty good area and all the staff were friendly. Room was clean.
-: As above, it is on the older side. Gym is definitely old and struggled to do much of a work out with the facilities. We didn't get to use the pools as they closed at 7 and we were generally out most the day, they did have plenty of pools though and they looked nice.

-: I thought it was misleading that you purchase a pool view room and the pictureview was not the same when we got there. Only one or two rooms had the exquisite room view of the infinity pool area.

-: our room at 7th floor seem not accupied for sometimes it quite scary very dark night escpecilly at the corridor and staircase. Aircord in out room was leaking and no tissue in the room.
