+: The staff are amazing, very warm, welcoming and friendly , great location, clean beach ,nice view from room. went out for a full day dive with the sea fun dive team, pool and surrounds were great
-: the beds and pillow are there worst we have encountered, woke up with sore neck and back every day ,had to change rooms after shower door broke, but any problems with the room were quickly fixed

+: The property has all the features, gym is excellent. The breakfast has great options, many dine in options to choose from.
-: The cleaning staff didn’t clean our room more than once, especially the day we checked in, I have stayed in 5 stars before as well but the staff doesn’t refuse like this.
