+: It has been a solid hotel for the last couple years. Clean and comfortable.

-: The tour groups are noisy and come in late. Loud hallway noises after 10pm. It is starting to show some wear in the rooms most likely from these tour groups. These should be addressed especially with the rate hike increase from you joining Radissan.

+: I stayed there many times, never disappoints. Great modern hotel, everything is new, fresh, clean, fast check in, awesome buffet breakfast, beautiful pool with a slide, gym, great location, helpful staff, pets are allowed. Love it.

+: Comfortable and spacious room.Request for late check out is very reasonably charged.

-: Could see a few strands of hair on the table top, toilet and floor upon checking in. Didn't bother me too much though.
