+: The bed was comfortable, and there was daily housekeeping. The room was spaciously clean, and the staff were very helpful, especially the concierge. The breakfast had lots of different choices on a daily basis. The area is very quiet with an amazing sea view. I love everything about the hotel, including the peaceful area. I recommend the hotel for family, which is children friendly and for someone who wants to stay around the peaceful sea. We will definitely stay here again. It was worth every penny.
-: The shuttle bus doesn't come every 30 minutes as told on the booking. We were supposed to call the hotel for a shuttle as we didn't have a Thai sim card we couldn't call them, so we were supposed to walk back. Tha ally walking back is a little scary at night.
