+: Location as it is Near my office. The room is nice clean & cosy
-: The breakfast is very bad. Variety is inconsistent. One day there’s only bread and fruits & one day I see rice, vegetables, soup plus bread and fruits. Not sure what the reason. & not to mention the bread, butter & jam taste horrible.

+: The main receptionist JA was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and helpful but the rest of the staff left a lot to be desired.
-: My friend had £125 stolen from his room, admittedly he didn't lock it in the safe but he had it in a bag left on top of the safe and when we returned to the hotel, he noticed the money was missing. Spoke to reception and the so called Security manager who showed us the video footage of our floor but the coverage had a gap of 2.5 hours, which is when the theft more than likely occurred. I also had a tub of cream which one of the cleaners ( I presume) put their big finger prints in my cream?? Why would you do that, I've travelled all over the world and never have I encountered that!!
