+: Nothing to he liked about at this Ghost hotel.We arrrived at the property late at night at around 1 am as our flight arrived late. We called the hotel before taking off from Bangkok but the calls listed on the app were not answered.The main gate of the hotel was open when we arrived. There was no one at reception. We called on the numbers displayed at reception. Even went upstairs but could not see anyone. We knocked all doors on the ground floor. No one came out.Four of us and our driver were forced to leave the property at around 1.30 am because no one responded. Since it was a secluded area, we were scared.Finally we left the property after booking a hotel 30 kilometres away.I am really upset and angry.Booking.com takes no responsibility at such erring hotels.Please remove this from your listing

+: The location

-: I ended up just leaving my bags here and staying with a friend, the room was dirty, the fridge was filthy and had leaked on the floor when I arrived. The table was sticky with drink marks on and the balcony chairs were filthy. I was staying alone and didn’t feel very safe walking to the very back and going in the lifts alone. Somebody also let themselves in just after I had checked in…. They didn’t know I was there but it was whilst I was getting changed. They had to put a shower curtain up as there was not one.
