+: Love it here, nice rooftop pool, good bed, hot shower, beautiful beach, breakfast simple but enough choice (when there were more guests you have more to choose).

+: Our sea view was amazing. The guy at the front desk was especially very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good, however extremely limited Vegetarian options. It’s very central, and the beach is literally 5 steps away.
-: The cleanliness. At first glance it was good, however we found some blood stains on our bedding. Also, the aircon didn’t work for the entire duration of our stay. They did offer us another room, however the view was not that great so we stayed without the aircon.

+: The beach is incredible and the pool offers great views. The breakfast is nice, especially the Thai food. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
-: There is a 500 Bhat deposit on the key cards which is a little annoying.
