-: BF was good but same options for 3 days straight, a bit of variety would have been great.

+: The hotel itself and the rooms are really beautiful. The location was a little away from the hustle and bustle of Patong but only 10 minutes in a grab to get there so easy and peaceful.
-: The check in process was a bad start. The staff quickly swiped my card and told me it wasn’t working, demanding another card. I had to insist they retry as it always works and it did. Then they told me I had to leave a cash deposit and couldn’t take that on my card. This is buried in the fine print and apparently I should have known and prepared the cash. During the stay it was not easy to get any drinks to enjoy by the pool and the breakfast buffet was very basic and not enjoyable.
