She charged us a lot, and we were forced to take it. We still ended up sleeping on one bed. What do they mean when Booking.com didn't face any issue with our booking? We just had to deceive them. No matter how many people are in the room, they are more concerned about who knows.

-: The engine of the aircon has a life of its own. It rattles and stumbles and is very noisy. If they would change them they would have a +1 point. We booked 2 rooms and it was the same in the other room.
