+: Excellent pool, with separate kids pool area and playroom. Swim up bars and access directly from your room. Rooms were smallish but very comfortable.
-: Soundproofing between rooms is nonexistent so a few continuous nights of noisy neighbours was mildly annoying.

+: Good location, beautiful beach and wonderful pool area. Very rich and diverse breakfast, great pool slides for kids. We enjoyed spending time in the resort’s facilities.
-: This is a big hotel, can be a 10 min walk from the room to the pool. There are limited beds in the main pool area where guests “put towels or bags” early morning - the staff should do a better job at stopping this annoying phenomenon

-: El servicio del personal era malísimo. No llega ni a *** Nadie a venido a buscar las maletas. Hemos tenido que esperar un buen rato. Las toallas no siempre las traian a tiempo, aveces estaban manchadas de lejilla o rotas. Y una vez a salido una cucaracha volando. Se les olvidaba poner los complementos ( cepillos, jabón, agua) Teníamos que llamar y pedir que lo traigan. Y por extra cápsula de cafe pedían que les pagasemos por ella. Aunque al día ponen dos capsulas 1 descafeinado y 1 cafeinado y eramos dos personas en la habitación…!!Restaurante con un menu muy pobre, Al pedir algo a la habitación hacían cargo de servicio por unos 300 B … Y si pedías algo de fuera tampoco te lo acercan a tu habitación… Pedimos unas patatas y nos han hecho un cargo por traerlo tres veces lo que nos costaron en la aplicación ‘grab”El desayuno era todos los días igual, La comida no estaba fresca y los zumos eran de paquete… Al pedir unos scramble eggs al cheff me hizo un omelet bastante seco porque al parecer es lo único que sabía hacer…Los últimos días la luz se nos apagaba cada 4 minutos y el aire acondicionado funcionaba mal…. Y también había problema con el agua de la ducha, el chorro era muy flojo y para ducharse era una pesadilla. Un hotel tan bonito tienen que trabajar gente profecional y que al menos entienda un mínimo en inglés. Y el último disgusto Al final al dar el click en precio final de booking 1500€ me llegó la factura de 1750 € en la recepción del hotel supusoeron que fué la comisión del booking, pero es la primera vez que me psa algo así…..
