+: 部屋が広くて、清潔でした。

-: 丁度、プールが、工事中で、使えなかった事です。また、空港送迎バスが、一人200バーツと高めでした。グラブタクシーだと二人で、100バーツ以下なので、料金設定を見直して欲しいと感じました。

+: Had to.keep asking for toilets paper Tiles in shower on the walls has mould in them Bed was just pulled up everyday sheets under Neath were always creased up Where we left te glasses wasn't washed down everyday glass rings there

-: The free shuttle to the markets used to be pick up to come back that has now stopped In lounge area empty coffee cups and rubbish there not very good for.first impressions

-: Clearance in the room where I find hair and rubbish.

+: Staff were friendly but overworked on this busy day.

-: The pictures of the rooms are misleading. As a disabled person we chose this hotel room because it had an arm chair and pouffe, which would have been perfect for me. Our room didn't have one, so we enquired and we're just told not all rooms had them. No offer to supply one or change us to a room that had one. We paid more for a superior room but left disappointed.Our rooms were not ready to move into at 2pm and we sat in the lobby with way too many mosquitoes

+: Locatie is super. Binnen 10min. lopen zit je in de Old City. Supermarkt ernaast en genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt en heerlijk zwembad

-: Via Booking voor kamer 4 personen (2 volwassenen + 2 kids (11-15) gereserveerd. Blijkt dat dit helemaal niet mogelijk is. Na hoop moeilijk moeilijk een kamer gekregen met een heeeeeeel groot bed waar 3 personen in passen en een apart veldbedje (plank) erbij. (Voor 1000bath extra). Dan was het uiteindelijk verhoudingsgewijs een prijziger hotel dan aangegevengeboekt was.
